Working principle of scrap metal recycling shredder:
The material enters the shredding box through the feeding system. The box is equipped with shredding blades. The material is torn into small pieces by the shredding blades, which are torn, squeezed, sheared, and discharged from the bottom of the box.
Metal shredders generally use dual-axis independent drive to make the material produce corresponding pressure to achieve automatic feeding function. The knife shaft structure and four-corner rotating knives will not cause the shaft to be entangled or the equipment to be stuck during the production process of low speed and high torque.

Structural composition of scrap metal recycling shredder:
Shredding blade group: It is the core component of the shredder, usually made of alloy steel, with wear resistance and high strength. The thickness of the blade and the number of claws can be replaced according to different materials.
Carrying box: It is used to accommodate materials and blade groups, and withstand the impact and shear force during the shredding process. It is generally welded with thickened plates and can withstand large loads without deformation.
Box support: supports the load-bearing box to ensure the stability of the equipment, usually with a sturdy steel structure design.
Feeding system: includes equipment such as feeders, which are used to transport scrap metal materials into the shredding box. Different feeding methods can be selected according to needs, such as conveyor belts, grab buckets, etc.
Power system: composed of motors, reducers, etc., to provide power for the shredder, and drive the knife shaft through the motor reducer to achieve a low-speed, high-torque shearing effect, ensuring that various scrap metals can be effectively shredded.
Electrical control system: adopts a PLC control system, which can realize the start, stop, reverse and overload automatic reverse control functions, and can also monitor the operating status of the equipment and diagnose faults to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment.
