The core working principle of the cracking wire crushing and washing line:
The production line achieves the complete separation of steel wire and impurities through the continuous process of "crushing and dissociation → grading and screening → strong cleaning → drying and purification". The specific principles are as follows:
1. Crushing and dissociation stage:
Use a vertical crusher or a double-shaft shredder to crush the clumped cracking steel wire, and use the shearing and impact of the high-speed rotating hammer or blade to break the physical combination of the steel wire and the surface residue (such as entanglement and adhesion), and disperse the steel wire into single wires or short segments (the length can be controlled by the screen, usually 5-20mm).
At this stage, large impurities (such as incompletely cracked plastic blocks and metal blocks) are separated simultaneously to avoid subsequent equipment blockage.
2. Grading and screening stage:
The crushed mixture (steel wire + residue) enters the **vibrating screen** and is graded through screens of different apertures:
The steel wire and fine residue that meet the particle size requirements enter the cleaning stage;
The oversized steel wire returns to the crusher for secondary crushing;
The fine residue (such as carbon black powder) is collected by negative pressure and recovered as a by-product.
3. Dust removal system:
The "cyclone dust collector + bag dust collector" combination is configured, and the air volume is designed according to the crusher processing capacity (1t/h corresponds to 1500-2000m³/h), and the dust emission concentration is <30mg/m³, which meets environmental protection standards.

The Tire Stee Wire Crusher mainly processes waste tire-related materials containing steel wire, including:
Waste tire whole machine/fragments: tire cuts, tire rims (including high-hardness steel wire rims), sidewalls, etc. that have not been cracked.
Pyrolysis tire steel wire: The remaining steel wire and rubber mixed mass after the waste tire is thermally cracked or physically crushed, and the steel wire is in a tangled or bonded state.
