The Tire Steel Wire Shredder is specialized equipment for recycling steel wire from waste tires. It mechanically separates steel wire from rubber and fiber materials through shearing and tearing forces, crushing the wire to specific particle sizes for subsequent recycling. This equipment plays a crucial role in resource recovery operations.
This specialized recycling system processes post-pyrolysis tire waste through a "pyrolysis desorption-crushing separation-purification and recycling" process chain. It efficiently separates steel wire from carbon black and rubber residues, offering environmental benefits, high metal recovery rates, and low energy consumption - ideal for large-scale waste tire processing.
Equipped with vibrating feeder or belt conveyor to evenly distribute pyrolyzed tire blocks (containing steel wire, carbon black, residual rubber). Includes iron removal screen to separate large metal impurities and protect downstream equipment.
Utilizes dual-shaft shearing shredder with high-chromium alloy blades. Low-speed, high-torque tearing action crumbles material to 5-10cm particles. Pyrolysis makes rubber carbonized and brittle, increasing shredding efficiency by 50% compared to ambient temperature processing.
Vertical impact crusher or hammer crusher with high-speed rotating hammers (800-1200r/min, ≥40m/s linear speed) completely separates steel wire from carbon black. Screen aperture controls final wire length to ≤10mm.
Two-stage process: primary separation removes >80% of coarse wire; secondary purification achieves >98% purity with <0.5% residual iron content using high-strength magnetic rollers (≥1500 Gauss).
Combination cyclone and bag dust collector system designed for crusher capacity (1500-2000m³/h per 1t/h processing). PTFE-coated filter bags handle fine carbon black dust (<10μm), maintaining emissions <30mg/m³.
