The scrap steel crusher utilizes high-speed rotating hammer heads (800-1500 RPM) combined with a bottom screen to control output particle size. It excels at processing high-hardness cast steel parts like engines and frames, increasing scrap steel density by over 30% to meet steel mill smelting requirements. Our PLC intelligent control system automatically adjusts hammer head gaps to extend service life.
