The double shaft shredder has been designed for a wide array of applications and industries, suitable for shredding solid material such as E-waste, metal, wood, plastic, scrap tires, packaging barrels, pallets, etc. Depending on input material and the following process, the shredded material can be used directly or go into the next step of size reduction.

The material enters the shredding box by the feeding system. The chamber carries a shredding blade. The material is shredded into small pieces by a combination of tearing, squeezing, and shearing. Double shaft shredder blade thickness is divided into 15mm, 20mm, 40mm, 50mm, 75mm, 100mm. The blade thickness can be selected according to the final product size.
