The double shaft shredder have been designed for a wide array of applications and industries, suitable for shredding solid material such as E-waste, metal, wood, plastic, scrap tires, packaging barrel, pallets, etc. For PET bottle flakes, PP waste, etc., the double-axis waste shredder uses thin-blade knives, and the fragment size is accurately controlled at 10-15mm. The built-in air separation system in the workflow automatically separates the bottle cap and bottle body fragments. The core advantage is low loss - when processing transparent PET, the cleanliness of the fragments reaches 98%, which can be directly used for food-grade recycled particles production, and the raw material waste is reduced by 12% compared with the traditional crushing method.

After pre-sorting, urban mixed garbage enters the double-axis waste shredder for homogenization. Working principle: Fabrics, wood, plastics, etc. are torn into uniform sizes by adjusting the gap between the blade shafts (5-50mm). The biggest advantage is the low pretreatment cost - it only costs $80 to process 1 ton of garbage, and the calorific value of the crushed material is increased by 30%, which is more suitable for incineration power generation. It has been put into use in more than 20 waste incineration plants across the country.
