Introduction to the working principle of the waste home appliance crusher:
The waste home appliance raw materials are transported to the feed slope through the scale plate conveyor. The feed slope is equipped with two rotatable rollers, one high and one low, to flatten them and send them into the crusher. In the crusher, ten discs fixed on the main shaft and ten hammers installed between the discs that can swing freely use the kinetic energy generated by high-speed rotation to smash, tear and crush the scrap steel, so that the scrap steel is processed into blocks or lumps, passes through the lower and top grids, and falls on the vibrating conveyor. The crushed objects coming out of the crusher are separated from the ferrous metal objects and non-ferrous metal objects and non-metal objects by the vibrating conveyor, belt conveyor, and magnetic separation system, and then sent out by their respective conveyors to pile.
