Working principle of MRF shredder:
Material grabbing and feeding: The grab crane feeds the mixed materials (such as domestic garbage, industrial garbage, plastics, waste cartons, plastic barrels) into the feed port, and the push plate pushes the materials to the knife shaft with constant pressure;
Tearing and shearing: The two knife shafts rotate in opposite directions, and the blades clamp the materials through the "biting" action, and crush them by shearing force, tearing force and extrusion force;
Repeated crushing and screening: The crushed materials are filtered through the screen, and the large particles are grabbed and crushed by the knife shaft again until they meet the size requirements and are discharged from the discharge port.
