Industrial waste crusher is a special equipment that uses mechanical force to crush waste (such as metal waste, plastic scraps, construction waste, waste wood, etc.) generated during industrial production into smaller particles. Working principle of industrial waste crusher:
Principle: Use the relative movement of two (or more) sets of blades (such as the reverse rotation of the blade shaft of a double-axis shredder) to apply shear force to the material to break or tear it.

Features of industrial waste crusher:
1. Significant volume reduction efficiency: The volume after crushing can be reduced to 1/5-1/20 of the original volume, reducing transportation costs and landfill space occupation (such as the volume of waste tires is reduced by 80% after crushing).

Providing one-stop Solution
In the ndustrial Waste Processing production line, garbage pre-crushers, fine crushers, sorters and RDF equipment work together.
First, as the first process, the garbage pre-crusher uses the principles of shearing and extrusion to coarsely crush large and complex solid waste to 100-300mm, reducing the volume and preparing for subsequent processing. Then, the garbage fine crusher further processes the pre-crushed material and crushes it to a uniform particle size of 30-50mm through high-speed shearing.
Subsequently, the sorter uses magnetic separation, eddy current separation, wind separation and other technologies to separate recyclable materials such as metals and plastics, as well as combustible materials and inert substances based on the differences in the magnetism and density of the materials. Among them, the combustible material enters the RDF equipment, and after secondary crushing, drying, and extrusion molding, it is made into garbage-derived fuel to replace fossil energy and realize the resource utilization of solid waste. The entire process efficiently achieves solid waste reduction, harmlessness and resource utilization.
