Working principle of stee wire vertical crusher:
Material entry: Materials containing wire (such as tire blocks, wire hoses) fall into the cavity from the top feed hopper;
Crushing process: The main shaft drives the cutter to rotate at high speed, and the material is subjected to the shear force, centrifugal impact force and impact force of the cutter, the wire is torn and cut, and non-metallic materials such as rubber are crushed into debris;
Separation and discharge: Particles (wire + rubber) that meet the mesh aperture are discharged from the bottom, and unqualified materials continue to be crushed in the cavity; some equipment is equipped with wind or magnetic separation devices to simultaneously separate wire and non-metallic impurities.
Pyrolysis waste tire steel wire crushing production line:
The pyrolysis waste tire steel wire crushing production line is a special recycling system for tire waste after pyrolysis treatment. Through the process chain of "pyrolysis desorption-crushing separation-purification and recycling", the pyrolysis tire steel wire is efficiently separated from carbon black and rubber residues to achieve the recycling of metal resources. Compared with traditional crushing processes, this production line has the advantages of strong environmental protection, high metal recovery rate and low energy consumption, and is especially suitable for large-scale waste tire processing scenarios.
Process flow of pyrolysis waste tire steel wire crushing production line:
1. Feeding system:
Equipped with vibrating feeder or belt conveyor, evenly convey the tire blocks after pyrolysis (including steel wire, carbon black, residual rubber) to avoid material agglomeration and blockage. Install iron removal screen to separate large-sized metal impurities in advance to protect subsequent equipment.
2. Pre-shredder:
Adopt double-axis shearing shredder, the blade material is high-chromium alloy, according to the entanglement state of steel wire and rubber after pyrolysis, through low-speed and high-torque tearing, the material is crushed to 5-10cm particle size.
Advantage: The pyrolysis process has made the rubber carbonized and brittle, and the pre-shredding efficiency is increased by 50% compared with normal temperature crushing.
3. Main crusher (vertical impact crusher/hammer crusher): Through the high-speed rotating hammer head or impact plate, the pyrolysis material is hit, collided and crushed to completely peel off the steel wire and carbon black.
Technical parameters: Rotation speed: 800-1200r/min, linear speed ≥40m/s, ensure that the steel wire is bent and broken.
Screen aperture: 3-5mm, control the length of the steel wire after crushing ≤10mm.
4. Magnetic separation system:
Primary magnetic separation (pre-separation): A suspended permanent magnetic roller is set after the pre-shredder to separate more than 80% of the coarse steel wire and reduce the load of the main crusher.
Secondary magnetic separation (fine purification): After screening, a high-strength magnetic roller is used, the magnetic field strength is ≥1500 Gauss, the steel wire purity can reach more than 98%, and the residual iron content is <0.5%.
5. Dust removal system:
Equipped with a "cyclone dust collector + bag dust collector" combination, the air volume is designed according to the crusher processing capacity (1t/h corresponds to 1500-2000m³/h), and the dust emission concentration is <30mg/m³, which meets environmental protection standards.
Features: The carbon black dust after pyrolysis has a fine particle size (<10μm), and the bag uses PTFE coated filter material with strong anti-adhesion.

1. Recovery efficiency: Steel wire recovery rate ≥95%, single production line processing capacity can reach 5-20t/h (adjusted according to configuration), which is 30% higher than the traditional crushing process.

5. Material adaptability: It can process tire waste after different pyrolysis processes (such as low-temperature pyrolysis and catalytic pyrolysis), and steel wire diameters of 0.1-3mm can be efficiently crushed.
