Product Description

The pyrolysis steel wire crushing and washing line is an integrated production line for "crushing-separation-cleaning-purification" of waste steel wire (such as pyrolysis tire steel wire, pyrolysis plastic metal composite steel wire, etc.) produced after the pyrolysis process. Its core function is to remove the pyrolysis residues (such as carbon black, resin, oil, dust, etc.) attached to the surface of the steel wire through physical crushing and cleaning processes, and process the steel wire into pure metal raw materials that meet the recycling standards.

Working Principle

The production line achieves the complete separation of steel wire and impurities through the continuous process of "crushing and dissociation → grading and screening → strong cleaning → drying and purification".

Crushing and dissociation stage: Uses a vertical crusher or double-shaft shredder to crush clumped cracking steel wire, breaking the physical combination of steel wire and surface residue.

Grading and screening stage: The crushed mixture enters a vibrating screen for grading through different aperture sizes.

Dust removal system: Features "cyclone dust collector + bag dust collector" combination with dust emission concentration <30mg/m³.
