Working Principle

The barrel shredder achieves material crushing through mechanical shearing, tearing, and extrusion:

The motor-driven system rotates parallel knife shafts (50-200r/min) in opposite directions

Waste barrels enter the crushing chamber through the feed port

Staggered shredders bite and tear the barrels into 5-50mm fragments

Fragments discharge through the screen, with oversized pieces returning for re-crushing
