The eddy current separator utilizes electromagnetic principles to separate conductive non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum) from scrap steel tailings. When metals pass through the high-frequency alternating magnetic field, induced eddy currents create opposing magnetic fields that propel metals forward, achieving efficient separation from non-metallic materials.
