Working principle of Automobile Shredder:
1. Crushing principle
Mechanical crushing: Using the extrusion, shearing, and striking of equipment such as automobile shell shredders, automobile residues (such as shells, chassis, engine parts, etc.) are crushed into small particles, so that metals and non-metallic materials such as plastics, rubber, and glass are fully dissociated.
Dissociation purpose: Reduce the particle size of the material by crushing, break the physical combination of metals and non-metals, and create conditions for subsequent sorting.
2. Sorting principle
Magnetic separation principle: Using the characteristics of ferromagnetic metals (iron and steel) being adsorbed in a magnetic field, they are separated from non-magnetic materials by a magnetic separator.
Principle of eddy current separation: For non-ferromagnetic non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and copper, an alternating magnetic field is used to generate eddy currents in the metal, which in turn generates a repulsive force to separate metal particles from non-metallic materials.

Crushing stage:
