The tire shredder is a mechanical device specially designed for processing waste tires. It uses mechanical force to break down whole tires into smaller rubber blocks or strips for subsequent resource utilization. As coarse crushing equipment in the field of resource recycling, it's engineered to handle the high elasticity and toughness of tires, capable of processing whole tires with steel wires (diameter typically <2000mm) without requiring pre-removal of the ring wire.

The tire recycling line effectively separates materials such as rubber, steel wire, and nylon fiber. The entire system features PLC control for easy operation and maintenance, with low energy consumption and long service life.

• Direct processing of large-size tires: Can process steel wire tires (including mouth wire) with diameter ≤2000mm, without pre-cutting or removing steel wire. Suitable for various types including bias tires and radial tires.
• High processing capacity: 200-10000kg/h. Dual-axis collaboration disperses single-axis pressure, reducing energy consumption and extending equipment life.
• Low-speed high-torque operation: Speed of only 5-13 rpm with ultra-large torque design ensures low noise (≤75 dB) and minimal dust emission, meeting environmental standards.
• Optimized power transmission: Through cycloidal pinwheel or planetary gear reducer to minimize energy consumption.
