55kW Tire Shredder Machine for Recycling 2-3 Tons of Waste Tires

The tire shredder adopts dual-axis drive technology, and the two-axis knives are staggered and interlocked. The tire is decomposed by rolling shearing, which reduces jamming and improves crushing stability.

The moving knife and fixed knife of the tire shredder are made of SKD11 material imported from Japan, with a hardness of HRC60° or above, supporting two-sided knife replacement and repeated repairs, and a service life of more than 1,000 tons of processing capacity.

The tire recycling system efficiently achieves automated segregation of components like rubber, steel cords, and nylon fibers through its PLC-controlled operation. Featuring user-friendly maintenance interfaces and energy-efficient performance, this production line ensures continuous processing capabilities with enhanced durability for industrial applications.
